Over 40 years ago, SWANA launched its commitment to providing the best-in-class training to the entire solid waste industry. Through SWANA’s national chapter, a number of education, training and certification opportunities are available to solid waste professionals. SWANA provides the following opportunities:

The Land of Lincoln Chapter provides local solid waste professionals with additional opportunities to keep up on the latest industry trends and practices through our events throughout the year. Many of these events also provide the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units to support renewal of SWANA certifications.
